Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring that all service standards are met. Duties Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Skytab POS system. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines during food handling and preparation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order completion. Process payments accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy setting. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests. Experience in guest relations and providing exceptional hospitality is essential. Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations is required.
