We are currently seeking a friendly, service-oriented Server to join our Dining Services team at Barclay House of Carrollton . Why You'll Love Working With Us Competitive pay Excellent benefits package Supportive, team-focused work environment A meaningful role where your service brings comfort, joy, and connection to older adults Primary Responsibilities of the Server Provide gracious, attentive hospitality to residents and guests, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming dining experience Guide residents and guests through menus with confidence, demonstrating strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings Take accurate orders and collaborate closely with kitchen and dining team members to deliver prompt, world-class service Set, clear, and reset tables in accordance with company standards Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, appearance, and health in all dining areas Assist in the bar and coffee shop as scheduled Support meal preparation as requested by the culinary team Help maintain appropriate stock levels in the bar, coffee shop, and front-of-house areas Assist with special events, themed meals, and community activities as needed Contribute to a positive, team-centered culture by assisting coworkers during busy service times Requirements Education & Experience A caring heart and genuine desire to serve others Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Commitment to excellence, teamwork, and resident satisfaction QSL Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer / Protected Veterans / Individuals with Disabilities.
