Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a School Server/Driver, where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient food service operations for our school community. This energetic position combines food handling, serving, and transportation responsibilities, providing a lively and positive environment for students and staff alike. Duties Safely operate vehicle to transport meals, and supplies between designated locations, ensuring punctuality and adherence to safety protocols Assist with food preparation, serving meals, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support efficient food service operations Provide excellent customer service by greeting students and staff warmly, addressing their needs promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures, dietary guidelines, and sanitation standards Support catering or banquet events as needed, including setup, serving, and cleanup to ensure seamless event execution Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and inventory related to food service activities Collaborate with kitchen staff and school personnel to uphold health and safety regulations at all times Requirements Prior experience in food service or hospitality environments such as restaurants, catering, or banquet settings is highly desirable Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating school or commercial vehicles preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and vendors Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to serve in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism Experience with food preparation or dietary aide duties is a plus Flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, or special event times as needed Join us in creating a lively atmosphere that supports our students' well-being through excellent service and safe transportation.
