In this vital role, you will serve subpoenas, summonses, complaints, and other court-related papers to individuals and organizations. Your proactive attitude and commitment to professionalism will help uphold the integrity of legal processes while providing exceptional service to clients and the community. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the legal support system, making a tangible difference every day. Duties Deliver legal documents promptly and accurately to individuals, businesses, or government agencies in accordance with jurisdictional requirements Verify recipient identities and obtain signatures or acknowledgments upon delivery Maintain detailed records of all deliveries, including timestamps, recipient information, and delivery status File completed delivery reports and update case management systems regularly to ensure data accuracy Coordinate with couriers and law enforcement agencies as needed to facilitate smooth service operations Conduct follow-up visits or calls if initial delivery attempts are unsuccessful Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and confidentiality standards throughout the process Qualifications Prior experience as a courier or in a similar delivery role is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for active roles is essential Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to manage multiple deliveries efficiently Ability to navigate urban or rural areas confidently using maps or GPS technology Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally with recipients and team members Basic filing skills to organize documentation systematically Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; reliable transportation is necessary Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate loads during daily operations Embark on a career that combines mobility, precision, and service excellence!
