Position Summary:

The Server is responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to all guests. This role ensures guest satisfaction by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and professionally. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests. Maintain cleanliness of assigned tables and service areas. Present checks, accept payments, and return change as needed. Follow proper food handling and safety protocols. Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff. Upsell menu items and promote specials. Comply with all cash handling, POS, and tip reporting procedures.
