Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Serve food and beverages promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, demonstrating cocktail experience and beverage service skills Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through effective suggestive selling techniques Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations during food handling, bussing tables, and clearing dishes Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and handling sales efficiently Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings to assist guests confidently Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Previous experience in serving or host/hostess roles is highly desirable Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment Join us to deliver memorable dining experiences with enthusiasm!
