Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and open table reservations with OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling, beverage service areas, and dining spaces Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Demonstrate strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food preparation practices Skills Extensive experience with POS systems Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail creation, and beverage service techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Effective communication skills to engage with guests and team members positively Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in energetic environments, and love creating memorable guest experiences!
