Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with accuracy Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and adhering to food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly Requirements Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is advantageous Strong knowledge of beverage service, including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse situations professionally Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
