Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Server and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, takes orders, and ensures every guest leaves satisfied. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS systems
- Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met and guest needs are fulfilled
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations; bus tables and reset stations as needed
- Make drinks/boba for guests
- Build rapport with guests to foster repeat business and positive reviews through excellent guest relations Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates welcoming atmospheres
