As a Server, you bring warmth, knowledge, and genuine connection to every table while keeping service fun, upbeat, and consistently excellent. What You'll Do Welcome and Connect with Guests — Greet guests with a friendly, authentic introduction. Set the tone for a relaxed, positive experience and make guests feel like they're in "their place." Guide Guests Through the Menu — Know the food and beverages inside and out — ingredients, flavors, allergens, and pairings. Answer questions, make recommendations, and help guests discover favorites. Deliver Thoughtful, Timely Service — Take accurate orders, communicate special requests clearly, and coordinate timing so courses arrive smoothly and at the right pace. Support Beverage Service — Help guests choose beers, wines, cocktails, and zero-proof options that complement their meal. Serve responsibly and in accordance with age-verification laws. Enhance the Experience (and the Check) — Suggest appetizers, add-ons, desserts, and specialty drinks in a way that feels natural and guest-focused — never pushy. Keep the Dining Room Looking Great — Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas. Reset efficiently and stay attentive to details throughout the shift. Handle Payments Accurately — Present checks, process payments correctly, and follow cash-handling and security procedures. Listen and Respond to Guest Feedback — Notice signals, check in with intention, and resolve concerns quickly and professionally. Be a Great Teammate — Communicate and collaborate with servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to keep service smooth and consistent. What You Bring Prior serving experience is helpful, especially in full-service or upscale-casual environments. Strong food and beverage awareness, curiosity, and willingness to keep learning. Warm communication style and confidence engaging with guests. Ability to stay calm, organized, and focused in a fast-moving environment. A genuine service mindset — detail-oriented, reliable, and guest-centered. Legal eligibility to serve alcoholic beverages. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Food safety and alcohol service certifications where required.
