Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktail and spirits service, ensuring presentation meets quality standards Process all sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling, beverage service areas, and dining spaces Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Manage reservations using OpenTable or similar systems to optimize seating flow and guest satisfaction Demonstrate extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and food menu to answer guest questions confidently Uphold food safety regulations and proper food preparation procedures in compliance with health standards Skills Proven experience in food service roles such as waiter/waitress, bartender, or cashier within a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and other restaurant management tools Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming environment Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently during busy shifts Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus for adapting to diverse guest needs Commitment to food safety practices, sanitation protocols, and proper food handling procedures Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences through energetic service and expert knowledge.
