Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements using reservation systems like OpenTable or similar platforms. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a lively and engaging attitude Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering procedures, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols. Foster positive guest relations by responding promptly to inquiries or concerns, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not necessary Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking between serving, bussing, and guest interactions. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that creates memorable guest experiences. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques is essential. Experience in serving or host/hostess roles provides a solid foundation for delivering exceptional guest relations.
