As a Server at our distillery, you will be an integral part of our hospitality team, ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service during their visit. You will have the opportunity to showcase our unique spirits and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, personable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Provide detailed descriptions of our distillery's offerings, including spirits, cocktails, and merchandise. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and tasting areas. Collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Assist with event setup, service, and breakdown as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a server in a restaurant, distillery, or similar hospitality setting preferred. Strong knowledge of food and beverage items, including spirits and cocktails. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Must be able to comply with all legal requirements regarding the service of alcohol.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent). Company will pay for equivalent training and certification if needed. Experience with POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Passion for craft spirits and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge with customers.
