We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
• Assist with food preparation as needed
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
• Process payments accurately using POS system

Experience:

• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
• Knowledge of food preparation and restaurant operations is an asset
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
