We are looking for a dependable, energetic server to join our team!

AM Requirements:

At least 2+ years of full-service restaurant serving experience Must be fast on your feet and able to handle a high-energy environment Able to work independently Reliable and punctual Ready to start immediately Message us directly or apply in person to get started right away. Res onsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication of menu items including Korean BBQ and hot pot options Upsell menu items and beverage selections to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Assist with food handling, preparation, and setup to support kitchen operations when needed Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bus tables, and assist with sanitation protocols in compliance with health regulations Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially fine dining or Korean cuisine preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts smoothly Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to upsell menu items effectively using sales techniques like OpenTable reservations or suggestive selling strategies Experience with serving in nightclub or high-energy settings is a plus Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing processes Familiarity with kitchen operations or food preparation is advantageous Exceptional guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality and creating memorable experiences Join our team where your enthusiasm meets opportunity!
