The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience while efficiently managing their orders and providing knowledgeable recommendations. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Take food and beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide menu recommendations and upsell items to enhance the guest experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining attention to detail. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and assisting with sanitation protocols. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and presentation. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing cash handling procedures. Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure guest health and safety. Experience At least have 2 year plus BBQ restaurant experience Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred. Familiarity with Chowbus POS system. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Fast learner. Positive energy and attitude for work Enjoys teamwork and is helpful to others.
