Serve food, beverages, cocktails, wine, spirits, and other drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety. Process cash and card transactions accurately, handling cash handling duties with integrity and attention to detail. Upsell menu items including specialty drinks or desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning service areas, and adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery while managing multiple tables effectively through excellent time management skills. Qualifications Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred; fine dining experience is a plus.
