Magnolia Lounge is a high-energy, upscale lounge experience combining premium hookah, curated beverages, and entertainment. We are building a strong front-of-house team and are looking for motivated, professional servers who can deliver top-tier guest experiences. Compensation $4/hour base + tips High earning potential based on service quality and volume Role Overview This is not a traditional server role. Team members will be responsible for full guest experience service , including: Taking orders and serving guests Preparing and serving non-alcoholic beverages (bartending) Managing and servicing hookah for tables Maintaining a clean, organized, and upscale section Creating a welcoming, energetic atmosphere for guests Responsibilities Greet and engage guests in a professional, friendly manner Take accurate orders and deliver timely service Prepare drinks and assist with basic bar service Set up, monitor, and refresh hookah for guests Upsell menu items, hookah flavors, and add-ons Maintain cleanliness of tables, sections, and service areas Work efficiently in a fast-paced lounge environment Requirements Prior experience in restaurant, lounge, or hospitality preferred Comfortable multitasking (serving + bar + hookah) Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Must be able to work evenings and weekends Professional appearance and positive attitude What We're Looking For High-energy individuals who know how to handle volume and still give great service People who can connect with guests and drive tips through experience Team players who take pride in presentation and consistency Location Magnolia Lounge 3920 Jonesboro Rd Forest Park, GA 30297 How to Apply Apply here or contact us directly to schedule an interview 205-422-3492.
