Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process cash and card transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in sales and tips Upsell menu items, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine pairings, spirits, and menu options based on guest preferences Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially fine dining or high-volume settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for sales transaction processing Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and calculating bills or tips Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Familiarity with reservation systems like OpenTable and upselling strategies to maximize sales opportunities Join our team where your passion for hospitality meets a dynamic work environment!
