Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements using reservation systems such as OpenTable or similar platforms. Take accurate food and beverage orders. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Maintain cleanliness of tables, stations, and dining areas by bussing tables and assisting with general restaurant upkeep. Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Qualifications Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and food safety regulations is essential. Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and bill splitting. Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or kitchen support enhances your candidacy.
