Server - Paid Training; Part-time/Full-time

Janwiches is looking for Servers to join our team! We are a diner in Grovetown, GA that is open 7 days a week from 7 AM to 8 PM. Offering hourly paid training! Please only apply if seriously interested in a serving job. We are constantly growing and are getting busier and busier. Our servers make fantastic tips! Our kitchen is fully automated and we have a full kitchen staff. We are looking for servers with a positive attitude and a desire to provide excellent service to guest needs. You do not need to bring your own bank and you will be using an IPad to take orders with. Qualifications Must be able to work weekends Must be able to work in the kitchen as needed Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work as many shifts as needed Must have reliable personal cell phone Must have server experience preferred

Responsibilities:

Greeting and seating guests, answering all questions regarding our menu, helping guests select their meal and completing all necessary transactions within the checkout process Assisting guests with their food selections, take-aways and table set-ups (including cleaning tables, countertops and taking down lamps, vases, etc.) Serving our guest with respect and providing excellent service (including but not limited to: service station, serving ware, silverware, napkins, silverware holders, etc.) Accepting payments from customers and completing appropriate transactions (cash and credit cards) Maintaining cleanliness and sanitization of the restaurant and counters/tables during service hours. (maintenance person/restaurant/sanitizing) Maintaining a full list of all open shifts at your location by reporting any shifts that are currently open. (requiring opening/closing shifts)
