Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and personable part-time servers to join our vibrant hospitality team! As a key member of our service staff, you will bring energy, professionalism, and a passion for food and beverage service. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation, serving, and food handling duties as needed in a fast-paced environment Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or cashiering tools Support guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a memorable dining experience Qualifications Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and billing purposes Experience with OpenTable reservations system or similar booking platforms is advantageous Previous host/hostess or bussing experience is beneficial but not required; training will be provided Join us in creating an energetic atmosphere where excellent service meets culinary excellence!
