At Big Canoe POA , we're looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as Food Runners —a key role that keeps our dining experience running smoothly and our guests coming back. Whether you're starting your hospitality career or looking for a flexible, high-energy position, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills and be part of a supportive team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Deliver food quickly and accurately to ensure an exceptional guest experience Double-check orders for quality and presentation before leaving the kitchen Support servers and bartenders to keep service running smoothly Learn the menu and confidently assist with guest questions Clear and reset tables to maintain a clean, welcoming environment Help maintain organization and cleanliness of service areas Assist with opening/closing duties and daily restaurant setup
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Positive attitude and a team-player mindset Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized Willingness to learn and take direction (we'll train you!) Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment Previous restaurant experience is a plus—but not required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Able to stand and move for extended periods (7-10 hour shifts) Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs Comfortable working in a busy kitchen/dining environment
REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 16 years old Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must pass a background check and drug screening
