Duties Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as clover POS. Prepare and serve food items efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met at all times. Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience. Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness of workstations to uphold food safety standards. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing cash, credit card payments, and balancing cash drawers at shift end. Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation, food handling, and sanitation protocols throughout your shift. Support team members with bussing tables, replenishing supplies, and ensuring the dining area remains inviting and organized. Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability in food preparation, serving, or café operations within the food industry. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Basic math skills for processing transactions and retail math for inventory management. Proven customer service skills with an emphasis on creating positive guest interactions and upselling opportunities.
