Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables
- Monitor tables and respond to guest needs promptly
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Experience:
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is a plus but not required
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Knowledge of food preparation, safety, and handling procedures
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
