Uncle Carlo's Italian Ristorante is looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated Servers to join our team. We are a busy, family-owned Italian restaurant focused on providing great food, genuine hospitality, and an enjoyable dining experience for every guest. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service Take accurate food and beverage orders Become knowledgeable about our menu and confidently answer guest questions Enter orders accurately into the POS system Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and management staff Check on guests throughout their meal and anticipate their needs Handle payments accurately Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas Assist with opening, closing, and side-work duties Work together with the entire team during busy service periods Follow all restaurant policies, food-safety procedures, and service standards What We're Looking For Positive, outgoing attitude Dependable and punctual Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented and willing to help where needed Ability to stay organized while handling multiple tables Professional appearance and attitude Previous serving experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Availability Applicants should have flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Weekend availability is especially important.
