Job Description
Overview Join the team at Papi's Cuban Grill and help create a warm, welcoming dining experience for every guest! As a Server, you'll greet customers, take orders, serve delicious Cuban cuisine, and provide friendly, attentive service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Whether you're looking for your first job or building your hospitality career, we'll provide the training you need to succeed. No previous experience is required—just a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older. No prior serving or restaurant experience required. Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and a team player. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy. Answer menu questions and make recommendations when requested. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations. Assist with side work, restocking supplies, and opening or closing duties. Process guest payments accurately and handle cash and card transactions. Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure excellent service. Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies at all times.
