Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and food safety protocols Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining sanitation standards to support overall restaurant operations Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for order processing and sales tracking Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within the food industry Experience in serving or host/hostess roles that demonstrate excellent guest relations skills Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy are required Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
