Track costs (labor, materials, subs), forecast, and maintain job cost visibility.

Lead client communication:

status updates, issue escalation, and expectation management. Support procurement and material tracking; ensure long-lead items are identified early. Run internal and external project meetings; capture action items and drive follow-through. Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company SOPs. Manage punch lists, closeout documents, and final billing.

Working hours:

8:00 AM - 5:00

PM Skills:

Experience in steel fabrication/erection, structural steel, miscellaneous metals, or industrial construction. Familiarity with drawings/blueprints and basic construction documentation (RFIs, submittals). Experience managing subcontractors and field installation schedules.

Education:

Bachelors Experience:

7-10 years

Qualifications:

5+ years of project management experience in construction, steel, fabrication, industrial, or related trades. Strong understanding of project lifecycle, job costing, and change management. Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders (client, subs, internal production/field teams). Strong written/verbal communication and documentation habits.
