Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional demeanor Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and attention to detail Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and food preparation practices Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas quickly to ensure smooth service flow Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Qualifications Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and handling cash responsibly Culinary experience or food industry background preferred but not required Commitment to food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed in a lively hospitality environment Embark on an exciting journey in hospitality where your energy makes a difference!
