Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality hookahs, ensuring proper setup, maintenance, and presentation in accordance with safety standards. Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing sales transactions efficiently. Provide detailed descriptions of different flavors, blends, and accessories to enhance guest satisfaction and upsell premium options. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all hookah equipment, work stations, and lounge areas in compliance with food safety regulations. Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about products, and creating a lively yet comfortable environment. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing payments swiftly and securely. Assist with general restaurant duties including bussing tables, resetting lounge areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Previous experience as a Hookah Server or Hookah Lead. Previous experience in nightlife or hospitality environments such as nightclubs, lounges, or bar establishments is highly preferred. Knowledge of POS systems including, Toast or similar platforms for sales processing. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and guest relations expertise. Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions; attention to detail is essential. Familiarity with safety standards, sanitation procedures, and handling practices. Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a lively environment that values energy and enthusiasm.
