Server Job Description:

Fuego Tortilla is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating a delightful dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing them with menus and introducing daily specials. Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Provide detailed information about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to assist guests in making informed choices. Ensure timely delivery of orders and monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service and high-quality food presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations. Handle payment processing and ensure accurate billing for guests. Assist in training new staff members as needed and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Server in a high-volume restaurant is required. Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail pairings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage time effectively. Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
