Fuego Tortilla is looking for experienced Servers to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing outstanding customer service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring that guests have everything they need for an enjoyable meal. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests warmly and promptly. Present menus and provide detailed information regarding food and drink selections. Take accurate orders and communicate them clearly to kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction and respond to any requests. Handle payments accurately and efficiently, processing transactions according to company policies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to enhance the dining experience and promptly resolve any issues. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a server in a restaurant setting is required. Strong customer service skills with a positive, friendly attitude. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including an understanding of wine pairings, is a plus. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays as needed.
