Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments with accuracy Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining tables, bar stations, and service stations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure seamless service Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently Demonstrate knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail recipes, and beverage service techniques to educate guests and elevate their experience Uphold food handling regulations and sanitation standards in compliance with health department guidelines Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally Qualifications Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is advantageous Experience with cocktail making, wine knowledge, spirits handling, and beverage service is a plus Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures Basic math skills for handling bills, making change, and processing sales accurately Experience working in fine dining or nightclub settings is desirable but not required Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bussing tables or assisting in food prep Join us if you're passionate about hospitality!
