Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food, cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, including sales upselling opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating and reservations effectively Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue Handle guest inquiries promptly, resolve issues professionally, and foster positive guest relations Qualifications Previous food service experience in restaurants, fine dining establishments, or nightlife venues is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures Experience with serving in nightclub environments or high-volume settings is a plus Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to process cash transactions accurately and handle math calculations swiftly Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
