Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth flow of service from arrival to departure Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring timely processing of sales transactions Serve food and beverages—including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks—with precision and flair, maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Upsell menu items by highlighting specials or premium options to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Process cash and card payments efficiently while handling cash handling duties with accuracy and integrity Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure seamless service delivery Skills Proven experience in food service roles within restaurants or the food industry, especially fine dining or nightclub environments Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for efficient sales processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs gracefully Knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation techniques Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts without compromising quality Basic math skills for accurate order entry, bill calculation, and cash handling procedures Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Experience with serving in high-energy settings like nightclubs or busy restaurants is a plus Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience while increasing sales revenue Join us as a Server where your energy fuels memorable dining experiences!
