Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktail and spirits service, ensuring presentation standards are met Upsell menu items including wines, specialty cocktails, and desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash and credit transactions accurately while handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and the ability to build guest relations Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Experience with food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating professionalism at all times Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable experiences through exceptional service!
