Job Summary Botanico Mexican Kitchen & Bar has immediate openings for part-time and full-time Servers who bring great energy and even better hospitality. You'll represent our brand by delivering exceptional service while highlighting our authentic Mexican cuisine and crafted beverages. We're looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love creating memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities Provide warm attentive service from greeting to checkout, ensuring a positive first impression. Maintain strong menu knowledge (ingredients, allergens, prep methods) to confidently address guest questions. Guide guests through the menu, accurately taking food and drink orders offering recommendations and upselling signature dishes and beverages. Serve food and beverages with proper steps of service, presentation standards, and attention to detail. Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, always striving to enhance their experience. Work collaboratively with support staff and teammates to maintain flow during high-volume service. Keep your section clean and organized through pre-bussing, table maintenance, and efficient resets to ensure a clean and inviting dining space. Uphold food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe dining environment. Basic Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant setting is essential, with a strong focus on customer service. Excellent communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual abilities (English and Spanish). Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and create an elevated guest experience. Strong guest relations skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
