Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and attentive Servers to join our dynamic hospitality team! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items including specialty cocktails, wines, spirits, and desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, including handling cash handling procedures and sales transactions Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar areas, and service stations; bus tables as needed to ensure a tidy environment Assist with food preparation or kitchen support during busy periods if required, adhering to food safety standards Use openTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently and optimize table turnover Demonstrate extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail recipes, and food industry trends to educate guests and recommend pairings Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving concerns professionally Qualifications Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is advantageous Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and alcohol safety standards Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling procedures Culinary experience or food preparation knowledge is beneficial but not required Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a lively restaurant atmosphere Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
