Full Job Description Position Summary:

The Banquet Server is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests throughout dinners and special events. Essential duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area. Relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen staff. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices. Closely monitor guests and anticipate their needs. Be aware of guest's allergies and relay them to the appropriate person. Ensure menu knowledge. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Key Skills Sets & Experiences): Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to balance trays with multiple plates of food and drinks. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous server experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of standing and walking around the restaurant area. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times. The employee is occasionally exposed to hazards including but not limited to; hot plates and other dinnerware and frequent contact with sharp objects. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background and drug test.
