Duties Greet guests warmly, provide menu recommendations, and answer questions about food and drinks with enthusiasm. Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted clearly. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Process cash and credit card transactions accurately; handle cash handling responsibilities with integrity. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols. Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure seamless service. Experience Previous food service experience in restaurants, fine dining establishments, or nightlife venues such as nightclubs is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is essential for order processing. Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service enhances guest interactions. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality are a must. Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in food preparation, food safety standards, and sanitation practices is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently while providing engaging guest experiences.
