Duties Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting beverages and menu items, providing knowledgeable recommendations. Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety. Prepare and replenish bar supplies, including garnishes, mixers, and glassware, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times. Handle food preparation tasks related to bar service, such as garnishing drinks or preparing light snacks when necessary. Maintain a clean and inviting bar area by following food safety protocols and sanitation standards. Support banquet, catering, or special event setups by serving food and beverages promptly and professionally. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address dietary restrictions or special requests with care. Skills Proven experience in fine dining environments or high-end food service settings. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse needs effectively. Knowledge of serving techniques, food handling procedures, and beverage preparation including barista experience preferred. Experience in banquet service or catering environments is a plus. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices within the food industry. Ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail.
