Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a keen understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while efficiently managing their orders and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Duties Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS systems. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience. Upsell additional items to increase sales while ensuring guest satisfaction. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Manage cash handling and basic math calculations for transactions. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Address guest inquiries and concerns effectively to foster positive guest relations. Maintain knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
