Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide them with key details surrounding the flow of our restaurant. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience through excellent customer service. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Skills Strong hospitality skills with a passion for customer service.
