As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patrons receive high-quality service, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages promptly. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Assist with food preparation as needed to ensure timely service. Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the meal. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining settings, is preferred but not required. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Strong communication skills for effective guest relations and teamwork within the restaurant environment.
