The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food safety and industry standards. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Duties Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival, providing them with menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system or cash register, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with care. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of our patrons. Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations. Skills Previous experience in the food industry or food service is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Proficiency in using POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail when processing transactions. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience working in a nightclub or similar setting is beneficial but not required.
