Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as ZBS POS or similar platforms Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring proper presentation and quality Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bar, dining room, and food prep zones Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and resetting tables for new guests Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques Ability to process cash transactions accurately and handle cash handling responsibilities confidently Basic math skills for billing and sales processing; understanding of food safety standards is essential Experience with OpenTable reservations system or similar reservation platforms is advantageous Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items to boost sales while maintaining guest satisfaction Join us if you're passionate about hospitality!
