Job Description
A modern day taqueria and cantina with bold flavors, bright colors and new takes on traditional classics. With a large, open-aired dining concept, full bar, fire pits and an exclusive balcony event space, our goal is to bring a unique and welcoming dining experience to all. We are looking for host/hostesses and food runners with energy, excitement and a passion for customer service. As a host/hostess or food runner, your ultimate goal will be to provide our guests with outstanding customer service and actively help to improve their overall dining experience. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Job Requirements & expectations:
- Greet and seat guests
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any guest concerns or requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Positive attitude and willingness to help others
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, go up and down stairs and lift up to 25 pounds Please note that this position requires availability during weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
