Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other digital tools Upsell menu items, wine pairings, cocktails, and spirits to enhance the guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with health regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service standards Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash responsibly Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one; experience with food handling and sanitation practices is preferred Previous experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Server and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
