Responsibilities Greet guests promptly with a friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and precision Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Provide detailed menu descriptions, recommend specials, and upsell items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Manage multiple tables with excellent time management skills to ensure timely service. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed in a fast-paced environment Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Support restaurant operations during busy nights or special events like nightclub evenings or private parties Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for reservations and order processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Culinary experience or understanding of food handling, sanitation, and safety standards Effective time management to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Upselling techniques to promote menu items and increase sales opportunities Basic math skills for billing, and inventory management Experience with serving in high-energy environments Knowledge of food industry standards including food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff, hosts/hostesses, and management to deliver seamless service Join us as a Server if you thrive in dynamic settings where your hospitality talents can truly shine!
